Having been recommended Apex myself by a family member, I now often find myself recommending them to others. I’ve seen a lot of the physios here due to back problems and they have been so thorough and helpful. They go out of their way to fit you in if needed, and they use manipulative physiotherapy rather than just suggesting exercises... which has really helped me.
